Completely relaxed perfection

Lars Nielsen is a well-regarded financial auditor, the type of person who is satisfied with only the very best — and he he is making no exceptions when it comes to building his holiday home in Denmark. But he admits that his quest for perfection can be exhausting. We went to have a look at the project which also features an eggersmann kitchen.

Framed aesthetic

Quarzite Carbono – Effect lacquer steelgrey – Oak veneer black-brown

The stone side panels and the base are shaped like a passe-partout. This allows the island to look less like a block and more like an optical frame.

The 15square shelving system offers convenient possibilities to store accessories and ingredients during cooking in a space-saving way. The cooking surface is slightly lowered to protect the countertop from splashing fat.
